In Memory of one of my customers Rochelle Babbs

This last week was hard, not only did I have 4 shows 4 days in a row, but one of my customers died from H1N1. Instead of giving the family flowers I came up with a bow bouquet for her girls. The black ones were for the funeral and I the rest of the bright colored ones to replace the black to move forward. She left behind 3 little ones (the youngest being only 1 year old!) My heart goes out to this family and I hope to see the kids around still!

St Peter's Lutheran Church

This was my second year to do the sale in East Peoria. I was happy to be able to help out their fund raising event. Last year they were raising money for a new refrigerator for the church. This year they were raising money to redo the kitchen. It was nice to see the repeat customers along with the new ones that stopped by. If you live in the Peoria area and are looking for a church home this would be one to check out. They are super friendly! Thank you everyone

I just wanted to say thank you to all my customers and followers. I have been really busy adjusting to the new baby and have been busy with steady orders coming in almost every day. I will be planning another bow party as soon as my schedule will allow, with private shows already booked, and holiday shows coming up my schedule is getting very full. If you are interested in booking your own show, NOW is the time to do so!! Bows are the way to accessorize those holiday dresses and are great stocking stuffers!! Just call me if you need to see some bows or have a special order you need fulfilled.

I have to say I have several people guess only 1.5oz off!! So for the winner I went with the one that didn't go over and also go the date right!!! The winner is Jennyb78 I had alot of fun with you all putting in your guesses!!

Our baby girl Ellia Lillian has to spend the night in the nursery to keep the monitors on to make sure all of her levels remain where they should! All should be well and I will keep everyone updated!

So much to say...So much to do....

There is alot of stuff going on with Babyations right now. It is all getting to be so exciting. First you need to make sure that you sign-up for my contest before it is over on guess the weight of my baby-to-be. (due date is only 12 days away, so it could be anywhere from tonight through the next 2 weeks!) I have added lots of bows to the give away and other items too!!

Then I have added new stores that carry my product which is really exciting. GameDay Spirit has a great line of orange and blue Fighting Illini bows. Which is a great addition to that Illini fans outfit!! Be sure to check them out at the link on the side. Then we would also like to welcome Gail's Pumpkin Patch. I worked on a great fall line of bows just for her pumpkin patch gift shop, So if you are on a class field trip or just headed out there for some family fun this fall make sure you stop in to her gift shop and check out what she has! (I also have added her link to the side)

I am also very excited that I have so many cheer squads this year. (and I have the bows done for them too!) I can't wait for all the girls to get them and see what they think of there custom made bows! I have been working on a couple of new stores that want to carry my products! This has been a busy and very exciting adventure the last month or so! It seems that all my stores are doing really well still with the economy the way it is so I am very thankful for that! The Lord WILL provide and I need to keep remembering that. This is a post just to let everyone know that if you were needing just a few extra goodies for those special little girls in your life I will have my bows set up through Friday. With Easter fast approaching I have been busy with special orders to match Easter dresses. This has been fun and exciting to work with so many special people to make their Easter even more special this year!

Lincoln Jr. Women's Craft Fair results

I had a really good time at the craft fair this weekend. Thank you to all of you who stopped by to see me. I met lots of new people. I also want to thank you all for your wonderful comments about the article in the paper. I was thrilled to have been asked to do the interview in the first place and was even more delighted to hear from so many customers that they too enjoyed the article and shared it with others!
